I stayed at this hotel with my two small kids for a double bedroom, perfect for Taylor Swift fans attending the Eras Tour concert. The service was of no help, even after I explained that I've made this exact reservation before and was not forced to pay. On the bright side, the outstanding service made up for it.

I couldn't have chosen a better spot for my stay! The hotel's location is top-notch, right near NRG stadium and within walking distance to the Rodeo. The rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for me and my two small kids; however, I missed having a refrigerator to store some snacks for them. The service, unfortunately, didn't live up to my expectations, as they didn't accommodate my request despite my previous reservation experience. The dining experience was delightful with tasty tandoori dishes, but it was a downside that it wasn't included in the stay. The facilities were great, and being so close to everything made my trip convenient.
